Ignore option dissapeared


Just wondering if anyone knows how to get this up on a Polycom VVX 410 DMS.

Phone 1 - Answer, Reject, Forward & Ignore

Phone 2 - Answer, Silence, Reject & an empty space on the right

Ignore and Silence as I understand are 2 different versions of the same button.


Ignore is if the phone has no shared call appearance (may also need to be a standard pack or lower), this includes any SCA which is required for Liberate or Business Connect.


Silence is if the phone has shared lines (may also be default on phones with Exec packs).


There may also be differences in behaviours between firmware too.


If in doubt, log a fault and the assurance team will help you out.

Looks like the issue was with Business Connect Hardware profile being linked to Shared Call. Removed it and the ignore option is back.
