TIPT Provisioning - 1800 150 399

Speaks volumes that I have to reach out to a public forum to try and get some answers on this. 

 

TIPT Provisioning (1800 150 399) don't answer their phones, you hold for an hour only to be told you're caller number 1 in the queue. You eventually get a "your call is very important to us (rubbish)" and when the times, it forces you to a voicemail inbox - you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. 

 

I refuse to email them because this will just fall into the ether of Telstra Reference Number queues. 

 

Can someone feed this back to the powers that be?

Try giving the TIPT Helpdesk a call on 1800 287 289

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
