Trying to use Business Connect via WiFi

We went live on TIPT today and tried to use Business Connect via Wifi (on old iPHONE handset) 30 second delay on inbound and outbound calls (ie 30 seconds after "dial" is pressed, before anything happens) - suggestions / fixes ?

Sounds like a provisioning issue.


Change the tag %SBC_ADDRESS% from sbc-<STATE>.tipt.telstra.com to <STATE>-all.business.connect.telstra.com (On the Business Connect - Mobile device type)


Feed back to your account team \ provisioning if this is accurate, and have them correct their processes \ tools so that this doesn't occur. I'm guessing it was manually configured (incorrectly).
