Cannot renew domain name

Hi, I received emails that my business domain will expire on 13/12/18. I had replied few times with no reply from domains@telstra.com.au. I am currently overseas and tried to get it renewed or get some help. I could not find a number that I can call Australia from overseas. The online chat for small busing does not work! Anyone please help!!! Thank you.
