Mission Control shut down - how do I migrate a domain away now???

HI There,


we have had  a domain name and DNS hosting with Telstra Mission Control for many years, and I now need to urgently make some DNS changes, however the Mission Control website says "your account is closed" when I try to log in.


I have tried calling 1800 878 483, but was told to call 1800 491 771 - so have tried this, but call automatically hangs up after 4 minutes on hold, every single time.


PLEASE let me know who to speak to in order to get this sorted out ASAP.

The second number provided should be the best way to call, so disappointing that your call gets disconnected. Have you tried reaching out to the Tech Support Desk on 132 999?
