I am having issues with loading all 3 of my websites on the Telstra network today, 4G, NBN, ADSL - I cannot get any Telstra network to load my sites, yet Optus and Vodafone are working.
www.ajparkes.com.au is one of them.
I have spoken with my programmer and webhost, both of which are saying it's an ISP issue.
I am on online chat with Telstra at present - they are worse than useless and are saying it's a hosting issue.
None of my customers are who are on the Telstra network are able to access my sites.
Help needed urgently!!

OK - after 3 hours of chat with Telstra the sites are up and running again. No idea what the issue was but seems to be resolved.
