Your IP has been blacklisted for sending spam
Our exchange server was configured to use upstream SMTP.telstrabusiness.com server - we started getting bouncebacks and delayed delivery.
I have good endpoint security converge and cannot find anything suspicious at this stage. Where do I contact Telstra in order to have this false positive addressed, or get more technical information to identify the source?
I've had to bypass the SMTP upstream server to get around this issue.
NB we do not do any mass mailing or e-marketing at this company, it's all just employee generated traffic in the course of our business.
