4G data

My 4G wifi was in the process of downloading an update and has disconnect. The solid red signal signal has come up and will not reconnect. How do I reconnect to use the free data to finish my update

Hi Sah2, some 4G mobile customers may have experienced slower data speeds yesterday - it was expected due to demand on the network with the free data offer. If you're not able to reconnect to the network there may be a widespread issue with connections in your area - the Service Status page at http://servicestatus.telstra.com/ should show details of these outages or any maintenance work which may be affecting your connection as well as updated on an expected restoration time.
