Accessory repayment plan invoice?

Me and my husband signed up for lease phones, sales person gave us heaps of ad ons which now puts our two mobiles and home internet at $400 a month which we can’t afford. Home internet drops out all the time and plan is finished, I want to cancel all of it. Been in store a few times with no solutions from team Telstra. Any suggestions of how to get our bills down?

You will need to contact disconnections via 13 22 00. The store wouldn't be helpful in this case
