Account closure and finalise

I went overseas end of September 2017 expecting to be home in couple weeks. However, have had some personal issues to deal with and I am not returning to Australia.
I have tried chat but get the selection screen then after chosing options screen just goes grey and not chat.
I can not call either. I only have access to email. My Telstra bill is now over $3000. I urgently need assistance.

Hi Jackie-Brown. Really sorry to hear. What device are you trying to use livechat on? 

If it's a mobile, you can 'Request Desktop Site' in the browser settings; that usually resolve the grey screen problem.

I was trying my iPhone.
I will try desk top as I don’t have access to call international.
Let you know how I go.
