account details

I would like to change the user name on the online view f the account. It is under an old employee's name who left the company 3 years ago and apparently we cant update it other we would lose our service for 3-5 business days effectively my company would go out of business if we re-registered

Hi emmc, thanks for coming through. Email addresses which are also usernames are tied to the service; meaning a change of username means disconnecting and reconnecting, as you've been advised.

You can certainly start up an additional email address and use that one instead as required; but the original will be the username of the service as long as it's connected.
