Account Login - Unable to sign in

Have been unable to sign in to My Telstra Account for 2 months now due to the error below.  We have contacted Telstra numerous times with incident and complaint numbers including multiple phone calls over 2 hours long each, and 10+ hours chat sessions with no resolution.  We have been promised each time that we would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours. We have not been contacted by anyone at Telstra regarding this issue. 

 

Has anyone had any luck solving this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

The only way is through Telstra's Customer service. Nobody here has access to any of the systems required to fix the problem.

 

Have you lodged it as a formal complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints ?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thank you for your response Jupiter.  I had not lodged a formal complaint (although I have complaint numbers via the calls/chats I have made).  I have just now used the link  you provided and lodged a formal complaint. Thanks again.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
