Account Name Wrong
My account name is set wrong in Telstra. I have been calling for help. I am not sure, how can you set the name incorrect being a communication service provider. Your customer care support on Telephone is awful. Tell me how to fix my name in the account. You not only had it wrong but also have changed my gender.
