Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Accounts/Billing information. You can check what payments have been made to an account either via the 24x7 (or My Telstra) apps, or via the website through My Account.


Either that or contact Telstra via 132200, Facebook or Twitter.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
