Accounts Disappeared

Hi. Logging onto both the Telstra app and the website today, i noticed all my accounts have disappeared (multiple mobile plus broadband). 
When I log on to the app via 4G I can only see my own. 

Am assuming there are issues with the system and I don’t need to be concerned?

I would assume its just an internal issue. If your concerned though, a quick chat with a consultant on 132200 or with a live chat agent on the website could help

Just lost my linked accounts as well.   


Internal issue??  will be interesting to see if the accounts reappear.
