Activate SIMCard

I changed my provider from Vodefone to Telstra in June. So far my Telstra SIM hasn’t been activated. I went to store. The worker said they will sent a email to relevant department. Someone will contact me to solve it. Two weeks past. No one contact me. They said only I only can recover my plan through the phone service . Then I left message to activate my SIM card and recovery my plan. Everyday I have to repeat my enquiry online. They always advise me to stay online, but no one follow my case. I receive the bill every month from Vodafone and Telstra. I am really not happy with this.
