adding account to telstra app

Trying to add another mobile pre paid number to my telstra app... it keeps telling me its added, but when I check the app its not showing.

Can you try adding the new service via My Account on a web browser, rather than through the app, and let us know how you go?

Just have a chat with us either via Live Chat (link in my signature) or over the phone on 13 22 00
We'll give you an account number that links to your Pre-Paid service, and this will allow you to add it to your My Account log in :-)
