My Contract expires 1.5.2020.......I cannot get to Store and wish to extend my contract the same as it currently is for another 12 months............Anne

Thank you for your post.
To clarify, when you contract ends your service will not be cut off, it will continue as normal until you are able to recontract.
In order to recontract you will need to visit a Telstra Store or contact 13 22 00.
At the moment there are significant wait times due to our call centres being impacted by COVID-19.
