Binge subscription issue
I got a email with the offer to subscribe to binge through telstra and I would get 9 months free due to being a silver tier member. When I subscribed as the instructions said too it only gave me a 6 month subscription. How do I get the 9 months offered by telstra?

Not good at all to read about the Binge registration issues. There appears to be many users with similar issues at this time, it may require an escalation. Best team to help is our My Telstra app team. In the app click on 'Get Help' at the bottom of the home page, then under contact us select 'Get in Touch'.
