Bug report - Payment extension request

Hi,

Could find any bugreport sections to send for the website so i hope this information can be forwarded some way.

the "https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/forms/another-payment-extension" form has an issue with the JS datepicker being used, you cannot actually select a date and must manually enter a date by editing the html attribute value or changing it from read-only to non read-only.

all values are greyed out and unable to be selected in the date picker, presumably its deprecated, though console prints out a devtools failed to load sourcemap error.

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://say.telstra.com.au/res/td-global/css/styles-responsive.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/forms/jquery.plugin.min.map: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/forms/jquery.datepick.min.map: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/forms/jquery.datepick.ext.min.map: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/forms/jquery.datepick.validation.min.map: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Furthermore, somehow the previous extension value was assigned to 2021-27-12 causing it to invalidate all the selections.

Regards,

Calel
