i left Australia an d need to cancel my account. How can I domthat, online it is not possible, or do i miss something?

If it was a Prepaid plan, then you don't need to worry about cancelling it.


If it is a Post Paid plan, then calling +61 439 125 109 is the normal (although currently very difficult) method.


You could try sending a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they may be able to assist.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
