Can't order online

I have been trying for over a week to order a new phone and plan online, through multiple devices and browsers.  Whenever I hit the "Buy" button, I get a "Something went wrong" page.  Surely your online ordering system can't be down for over a week?

Try clearing the browser cache and cookies and try again.


If you are logged in using your Telstra ID when trying to order and it still comes up with the error after that, you will need to contact Telstra as it may mean that there is a problem with the back end data in your account not transferring correctly through the sales system.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
