Cancel my order

Im trying to cancell my order that i arrangedthis morning still cant find anywhere where i can cencell on line or on the app or by phone.

With difficulty is the answer at the moment.

 

Download the My Telstra app on to your mobile, sign in using the same login as you used here and then use the messaging function (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) to send a message to Telstra. Full Name then clear description of what you need to arrange.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
