canceled order arrived

I ordered an ipad air on 29/6, canceled the order on 30/6, upgraded ipad and sim and placed new order over the phone on 30/6, was still waiting for it to arrive early August, and told there was a back order, so I canceled it on the 5/8 and bought direct from Apple.  Found out Monday that the original order had not been cancelled and that the ipad air and sim had been delivered to post office on 29/7.  I am in lockdown, my daughter picked up the package for me not knowing what it was.  No documentation with it at all.  I've been trying to get it sorted through the mytelstra app but get sent in circles.  They won't let me talk on the phone to someone, as it is not considered a 'critical service'.  Do I just get my daughter to take it to a telstra store???  wtf am i supposed to do when telstra have dropped the ball and can't be bothered with customer service any longer.
