cannot logon to account with PC
I have logged on to my account successfully on the phone app, but cannot seem to add my account when logged on with my windows PC.
This is the error message
CRS-ERROR-01.

Which browser are you using? I find that Telstra pages are happiest with Chrome but clear the cach and site data for Telstra, then try again..
