Change plan online

I can’t change my plan online as I don’t have an Australian passport or drivers licence and when I call the hotline I’ve been on hold for over an hour before every time, not wanting to wait any longer. Is there another way?

The only way would be in a Telstra Store. Take your ID with you.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You need 100 points of ID as per https://www.telstra.com.au/support/account-payment/id-check-for-new-account

 

Take all that you can along with you to the store, especially utility bills etc. that show your name and current address.
