Telstra emailed to say they were going to upgrade my plan, of course it was going to cost more. The only way to stop it happening was to contact them to change my plan. I couldn't get onto a consultant via phone or online, to say I didn't want this to happen. I switched to another provider instead of having to deal with this company anymore. If I ran my business the way this Telco does I would be broke in a week.
