Confirmation of Cancelled Order



Can you please confirm that the order number below has been cancelled. I ordered the tablet in early March, but due to the delays, I bought it in store instead and cancelled my order last month, but I'm still getting text messages saying there is a delay in delivery on the order number below.

Never post identifying information in a public forum such as Crowdsupport. The moderators have been notified to remove your address.


Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Telstra systems to check the status of your order (or to find out your email address either).


You will need to either call 132200 or send a message via the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). Someone will get back to you within a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
