Detailed Usage

I havent been able to access my detailed usage for any of my accounts with Telstra for over a week now. Is this something anyone else is having an issue with? The error message i get is "Sorry, this service may be temporarily unavailable or undergoing maintenance". It has been going on for a very long time!

Mine's beem unavailable with the same message for almost a month!  Gives you an option to print the page of the notice but don't know what good that would do you!
