I cannot believe that I am going into the 3rd day where no one can help restore my bigpond email Account that somehow has been inactivated . I rely on this email daily

for me business . I have been into telstra

shop waited and hour been on hold on the phone for over 2 hours then today was on app and also online chat for over 4 hours and still issue has not been resolved . This just like

a Circus going around and around in circles. 
still do not have the issue resolved and advised someone would call me , still no call . 
been with Telstra and bigpond long time but are thoroughly upset about the service that has been offered at present
