Afternoon, i need help with my online account but cant actual get any help over the phone. My issues are within 'mytelstra' . It comes up with a 'error symbol, something when wrong, try again later'. Its been like this for months. I cant call anyone as it just fobs me off to the app and hangs up. I need a Telstra person to fix it : I also cant change anything within my services, like i would like to cancel 'Platinum' as they cant help me and its a waste of money then. Help someone can help tia
