extra charge on my credit card

I have just recharged my pre paid wifi an i was charged an extra $10.00 on a $50 plan please tell me why this happened????

No-one has access to your Account on Crowdsupport.

 

You'll need to contact Telstra Pre-Paid directly either via Live Chat

Or ring 132200.

They'll be able to look at your Account and see why you were charged the extra $10.
