Horrible Telstra Customer Support
Has anyone noticed how difficult it is to get support from Telstra? Can’t get on the phone with them as they disconnect you from the call and make you text a consultant instead. The last time took over 5 hours to get anyone in the other line. This company seriously needs to be overhauled. If it wasn’t for their better 4G/5G coverage I would have walked away! Here’s to hoping Optus and Vodafone catch up
