How can I add an account to an existing My Account?

I have spent hours via Telstra messaging trying to access a business account online. I have full authority over the account and have set up a Telstra ID but get an error message each time I try to sign in. Telstra messaging have suggested I add the account to my already existing personal Telstra online account so I can access it. Can anyone help me with the steps required to achieve this?[
