How do I close my account?
Our internet has been running at 0.12mbps for the last 7 hours, Telstra won’t answer my calls and haven’t responded to my compliant. Will be swapping internet providers amd want to close our account with Telstra forever. How do we close our account, and can we keep our mobile phone numbers or do we have to get new ones if we switch providers?

With such a low speed, you could have a line fault which could still be extant if you transfer to another provider.
Have you tried to contact Telstra Support using the My Telstra app?. You can also use it to close your account.
f you close your internet account you can retain your Telstra mobiles.
