How to remove "Let's get you set up"

G'day,

 

How do I remove "Let's get you set up" and download Telstra app from from my "Dashboard" when I login to my account.

 

I have no intention of setting up "Direct Debit", this I regard as an insult I pay My Bills on time or request an extinction, if the pay by date is only a few days before My Pay Day  Pension Date.

 

Also I have downloaded the "My Telstra App" many times but the it keeps saying "Let's get you set up"

Hi Silvergull, likely the best way to get rid of the prompt there will be to follow the prompts.

 

Evidently you can skip through the things you don't want to setup (like direct debit) but once you skip through those prompts the message should disappear.

Your explanation is the problem, this method does not remove anything.
