How to report a fault with the online data usage reporting

One of my internet accounts has been showing an error message on the data usage page for a few months. I have attempted to raise it as an issue and keep getting pushed to the MyTelstra App, which forces me to use CODI Artificial (un)Intelligence bot that just goes around in circles. I just want to raise a fault and let it get dealt with.

Data usage was deliberately disabled as part of the COVID offerings. At this point there's been no set date to switch it back on

ahh, perhaps it would be good to replace the error message that is thrown - perhaps with a comment like yours to explain it?

"Data usage is disabled as part of the COVID offerings."
