How to terminate telstra services and contracts.

I haven't used this phone number for a long time, but I keep receiving bills. Although I have cancelled the automatic direct payment, I still want to confirm whether I need other measures. For example, how to terminate telstra services and contracts?

To cancel a service, send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi doesn't understand the problem, type "Speak to a Consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

It can take a few hours to get a response (over the weekend, it may take until Monday).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
