I cant manage Mobile Protect for a service.

Hi,

I have several mobile services.

One in particular is my 16 year old’s. I’m trying to use mobile protect to add some restrictions however when I click on “manage” nothing happens.

In the My Telstra app, the option is not even there!

It looks like something is wrong configuration wise.
