Internet data allowance

My monthly data allowance is 1000GB. I don't understand why Telstra keep sending me ill-informed email warnings regarding my data usage  when I only used 5%, not over 50% of my data. I hope Telstra will check the facts and stop sending wrong warnings.

I apologise for any stress caused by receiving these email notifications, they are system generated so it is strange that you're getting incorrect numbers and notifications. 

 

If yo would like this looked into further, I would advise to get in touch with our billing team on 13 22 00, say 'billing' when prompted to have this issue corrected.
