I have not had the ability to access many things on telstra as the site will not let me,

I have been having this problem for over 13 days now. I have spoken to about 10 or

more so called helpers, spent numerous hours waiting on line,answer the same questions

over and over,finely my last attempt resulted in my ability to access email,after a modem 

and the fourth password reset, now Im waiting for the team to get back to me about

the rest of telstra,my account, my telstra.

is anyone out there on the same magic roundabout as me ?

Could the problem be rectified by updating the certificate for mytelstra

as it ran out on the 11-02-21.  or maybe snyc the modems time.

just a thought on why i keep getting insecure connection errors.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
