Logged into Telstra 24/7 My Account. ! No accounts found.
Tried calling for assistance (but currently Telstra has zero phone support) and also tried the pointless automated chatbot, Codi. Was instructed to download My Telstra App to get assistance. Log into App and it says "looks like you haven't added a Telstra account to your ID yet" Try to add account and it says "The account details entered do not match our records" What else can I try??

You will need to contact Telstra to get your account linked properly to your Telstra IS.
You can contact Telstra by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen), and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.
You don't need to be logged in to the app in order to use the messaging function.
