Lower Credit

Hey guys, 


              I just returned from overseas.  I tried to contact with Telstra for restore my mobile service. But Telstra told me that my mobile number is disconnected and can't be recovered due to lower credit, which caused by bill overdue.  Could I ask it if it's a big problem or just have a talk to Telstra staff face-to-face.     Does anyone could give me some tips?
