Message content rejected due to suspected spam IB703

I have a problem sending emails from our EDI Server, through Telstra to a spectific e-mail address.

I have read there may be an opportunity to send a request to the Post Master of Telstra to look at.

 

Is this correct and what address would that be.

 

This is very urgent for us.
