Hi there when I signed up over the phone to upgrade my mobile service they offered me a 1 gigabyte allowance now you send me a message saying I'm on 500mb a month could you explain why this is please once again I feel ripped off and lied to.

Hi Rodney,

That is unusual, on the older plans it would have been 500MB+500MB Bonus Data, so it might be something going on, but regardless it is going to be one of those things which is going to need someone to look into your account to check over for you and get it fixed.

Your best bet might be to chat with LiveChat or visit a store if you don't want to call up again.
