mobile plan changes

I am trying to contact Telstra about the changes to plans. I am unable to  log in on the MY Telstra app. There is no on in chat room on 24x7 - and Codi won't connect to a human on there. I have tried phoning but you won't put me through to someone to talk to. I do not want to be upgraded to a higher plan. I would like the downgraded plan.

Try sending a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they are being monitored as well.

 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Hi I am experiencing very poor internet speed and trying all options and desperately need to get in touch with someone real. This has become a crappy service now for top dollars we are paying.

What model mobile phone are you using and what town/suburb are you in?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
