Mobile Protect link is dead.

When i go to the Mobile Protect screen, within mytelstra app against my mobile number it has text .."an error occured in setting up this service. Please contact Telstra on 1800266000 for support"

I rang the number but a recorded message told me that "this promotion is no longer available". What promotion would that be exactly?

Whats going on...cant speak to anyone at Telstra to get this fixed., and that is very frustrating.

Also, my account on the web login (pc) actually has a dead link, and does nothing when i click the Mobile Protect link.
