I recently cancelled my mobile broadband service which has 15000 points in it.
Is it possible to get them transferred over to my mobile phone account?

Possibly, they may have disappeared if the account is already cancelled (you should always move points before cancelling accounts).
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help Screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. You can mark the message as urgent by tapping on the 3 dots in the top right of the message screen. It can take a few hours to get a response, but you will get a notification through the app.
