My Account - Cannot add billing account.

I have been consistently trying to add my home bundle account to 'My Account'... I can login to 'My Account'and access my webmail, yet when I use the 'ádd account' button, and enterin all my details within the required fields, it says the name you've entered doesn't match our records.


Can I please get some help!!!!?
