Is Telstra hving problems with updating bills. Still cannot access any charges due on line for December account.

Could be an issue related to "Phone & Internet" usage being currently unavailable. For me has been a couple of days.

Don't think so. I got my December bill the other day.

 

If your bill should have been generated by now and it hasn't appeared, give Billing a call on 132200 to find out what is going on.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
